Cost: $133 for 7-wk series if pre-paid/$21 drop-in. Includes PayPal fee. You can also mail a check to me instead.
Can also use pre-paid punch card. Purchase punch card on my website or at class. Punch card gives you 11 classes total (10 classes on the card and one additional free class with punch card purchase). Punch card never expires.

This Qi Gong class will teach an ancient Daoist form studying specific movements and energies of the tiger, deer, bear, monkey, and crane. This fun and lovely Qi Gong form uses movements, specific hand mudras, breath work, and the cultivation of the very unique energy of each animal as that animal links to the five-organ/five element Chinese Medicine system.
Focusing on the signature movements of each of the animals allows this correspondence to strengthen and bring harmony to the entire energetic system. Enliven, lighten up and rejuvenate as we embrace winter’s days.
No prior qi Gong experience necessary!

Through this class series we will be continuing practice with the Five Animal Frolic Qi Gong form. This form can be helpful for learning to navigate life from a truly felt sense place of an empowered center. By learning to widen your focus and access your awareness, you can notice when changes are necessary and be able to increase your comfort, dynamic alignment, and efficiency.
