This form is specifically related to bringing the heartmind to tranquility and harmony. In Chinese Medicine and cosmology, the heart and the mind are one, inseparable.

One of the main functions of this form is to develop wisdom and to bring out full human potential. This is done by awakening the five spirits or energetic qualities of being human. These qualities are: desire/knowledge, animal spirit, intention, imagination and will.

This form explores many spiral movements of the extremities and spine to help reconnect and harmonize relationships between all the spirits to bring about true health.

This form helps to replace the train of many thoughts or ‘monkey mind’ with one intent which guides us to natural harmony and rhythm with life. This is true self-healing power!

This form can be practiced by anyone. No experience is necessary

Learn how to embody the natural strength of your human system!
