In these classes, we will explore Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM)® lessons which allow you to learn to move in a more neutral and easy way. We will be deeply exploring the natural spiral movement in Nature and in our human form that allows us to push, pull and turn with ease, grace and natural embodied power!
Awareness Through Movement (ATM) explorations are powerful experiments in using a particular type of curious and non-judgmental noticing while moving.
This class series can be helpful for some of those gardening, house cleaning or other active spring tasks we often engage in and then overdo!
