We often hold the idea that pushing, pulling, and moving ‘against’ resistance has to be effortful and we have to work hard. Want to learn minimum effort/maximum ease? At the foundation for improving your skill is learning to sense clearly how you create the movements of your life. In your body mind.
In these classes we will explore Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM)® lessons which allow you o learn to move in a more neutral and easy way. We will be deeply exploring the natural spiral movement in Nature and in our human form that allows us to push, pull and turn with ease, grace and natural embodied power!
This class series can be helpful for some of those gardening, house cleaning or other active early spring tasks we often engage in and then overdo!
By learning to widen your focus and access your awareness, you can notice when changes are necessary and be able to increase your comfort, dynamic alignment, and efficiency. Explore the fun and nightly notes movement patterns in Feldenkrais ATM’s!
Learn to decrease effort and discomfort from repetitive habits of moving. Good for first-time Feldenkrais participants or those who have explored ATM before.

Through this class series you will slowly learn the entire Jade Body Qi Gong form (or continue to refine your practice if you have already learned the form) and can be helpful for learning to navigate life from a truly felt sense place of an empowered center. By learning to widen your focus and access your awareness, you can notice when changes are necessary and be able to increase your comfort, dynamic alignment, and efficiency, and inner immune strength and resilience.
