Movement and Awareness are Linked
My focus is on helping you become more self-aware which helps you self-regulate and desensitize your nervous system so you can take charge of your own transformation. Together, you and I will refine your ability to feel movement and to feel the beneficial subtleties within that movement. Movement is your inherent connection to Awareness. Movement without Awareness creates habits that often lead to pain. Using movement to refine Awareness while using Awareness to refine movement can harmonize action to intent, giving rise to efficiency, embodied vitality, and wisdom.
To “heal” comes from the word “whole”. It is your birthright to be resilient, joyous, and free. With regular Awareness practices, you can move towards accessing your inherent wholeness. Most of us don’t. When you do, the potential is vast. You become more comfortable, more graceful, and easier and clearer with your intent. The possibility then exists to step fully into the embodied, vital, resilient, and compassionate human that you are. The benefits are infinite, in your personal world as well as in our collective world; in Nature.
Human and Mother Nature are Interconnected
Nature cannot exist separate from your body, your mind, or from other living beings. This is a truth in all the modalities I practice: Qi Gong, Feldenkrais®, Shamanistic studies, and Physical Therapy.
